hello hello.

i have too much plants. hmmm. i don't really think its too much, just that i don't have enough pots. its some repetative cycle. once in a while there is not enough pots and soil and i have to lug them home. then in about a mth's time i need more pots again.

and mostly cos i'm lazy. i used to love my watering plant time. like take my own sweet time to walk among them watering each pot, check each plant for bugs. now i do it in the mornings. like 10 mins before i leave the house. and cos there are too many, i got to make 2 trips to fill water, add fertilizer, water. they take about 4 litres and i water them once a day. have to water them in the morning cos by the time the sun comes out, they will dry out. so i cannot water them when i get home. neither can i do it by night cos by the time morning comes they will be partially dry already or have drowned.

i saw today that 30g of basil cost 2.95 at fairprice. wow. lets say one plant, or one and a half of the smaller ones is 30g. i would be pretty rich by now. hahaha. my brother wanted to keep basil so that he does not need to keep buying if he needs a bit. unfortunately, being the kapo that i am i decided that they were very poor thing cos overcrowded in lousy soil, so i repotted them and erm killed them accidentally. hence began my attempt at replacing those plants. the first batch was crappy. currently there is like one survivor from the first batch and i estimate 20+ survivors of the second batch. i kinda turned half of the second batch into basil oil le. hee hee. cos no pots mah.

haha, anyway, anyone wants a basil plant? i have about 5 to give away. the rest are in crappy pots. they are still medium sized, about the height of an a4 sheet. hahaha let me know if u want one.
and this is my kangkong in the final stages of its existance. i din cook this. next batch will be ready in about 2 weeks time. hahaha if u want a kangkong let me know too! they are small now, like little seedlings, waiting for me to find time and energy to repot them.

one day u should try sitting among your plants and look at the sky. yen! when are u free!
