hello

there has been a mosquito plague at my home recently. i have no idea why. might be the fact that i live in a jungle and singapore is a wet warm island. and the 2 weeks i spent in sch mugging has made me take for granted that we live in a mosquito free realm. which obviously is not the case. so i'm adjusting back to life with mosquitoes and its MISERABLE. even after all the fogging and stuff there is still mosquitos. i can think of 3 reasons.

1. mosquitoes are getting immune to fogging.
2. fogging is useless cos the mosquitoes can escape to my neighhour's house and come back and bite me.
3. i'm a mosquito magnet.

ok, number 3 is not a good reason. but i highly suspect my blood is more attractive to mosquitoes despite my very thick hide of a skin i seem to get bitten more than my family members.

its time to put my domestication to good use. after tmr when i hand in my h2 and h3 art, i shall start researching on ways to keep mosquitoes away. like i'm pretty sure some plants keep mosquitoes away. years ago i dismissed this as a lie, but i'm desperate enough to try again:)

like maybe if i had a couple praying mantis around the house. i think they are the only ones fast enough to catch a mosquito.

or get a cow and a vacuum cleaner next to it. the cow to attact and the vacuum cleaner to suck em up.

or perpetually wear long pants and socks and long sleeves and gloves and a face mask and a scarf so long as i am at home.

or don't leave the safety of my room.

or i should stop thinking and go back to my essay. ok cya!
